This policy explains what personal data Ordis AI Tech Private Limited (“Ordis AI”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website, products, and services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account & contact data — name, work email, organisation, role, and similar details you provide when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
  • Usage data — log data, IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and actions taken on the platform.
  • Customer content — data you submit to or process through the platform. We treat this as confidential and process it only on your instructions.
  • Communications — emails, support tickets, and other correspondence you send us.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Ordis AI platform.
  • To authenticate users, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To respond to enquiries, deliver support, and communicate service changes.
  • To send product updates and marketing where permitted — you can opt out at any time.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing the service), legal obligation, and consent where required by applicable law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the GDPR for EU/UK data subjects).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, observability, support tooling) under written contracts, and with authorities when legally required. A current sub-processor list is available on request from info@ordisai.in.

5. International transfers

Where data crosses borders, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described, to comply with law, or to resolve disputes. Customer content is retained per your contract and deleted on request after termination.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. Contact info@ordisai.in. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and continuous monitoring. See Security.

9. Children

The platform is intended for use by businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.

03 — Terms

Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ordis AI website and platform. By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. The service

Ordis AI provides an enterprise AI orchestration platform, including model routing, agentic workflows, and related tooling. Specific features, limits, and SLAs may be set out in your order form or subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Customer content & licence

You retain all rights in the data you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Agreement.

4. Acceptable use

5. Fees

Fees are set out in your order form or pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of taxes, are non-refundable except as expressly required by these Terms, and are payable in the currency stated.

6. Intellectual property

Ordis AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including underlying software, models, documentation, and trademarks. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own, and to use it only as needed to perform the agreement.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Each party’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the agreement is capped at the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

Each party will defend and indemnify the other against third-party claims arising from its breach of these Terms, subject to prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.

  • Analytics — aggregated usage statistics so we can improve the site. Loaded only with consent where required by law.
  • Preferences — remember choices such as theme or dismissed banners.

06 — Security

Security

Security is foundational to Ordis AI. Our program includes:

  • encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256);
  • role-based access control, least-privilege access, and audited admin actions;
  • multi-factor authentication for staff and recommended for customer accounts;
  • continuous vulnerability scanning, dependency monitoring, and quarterly penetration testing;
  • logical isolation of customer environments and on-premise deployment options for regulated workloads;
  • incident response with notification to affected customers without undue delay and within timelines required by applicable law.
To report a vulnerability, email anant@ordisai.in. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith security research that follows responsible disclosure.
07 — DPA

Data processing

Where Ordis AI processes personal data on behalf of a customer, the customer is the data fiduciary/controller and Ordis AI is the data processor. Our standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — incorporating GDPR Article 28 terms, Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, and DPDP Act compliance commitments — is available on request to info@ordisai.in and forms part of your subscription agreement when applicable.
